About the role
A Customer Success Associate role in Datadog's Tokyo office, combining customer onboarding and support with upsell and cross-sell sales. It is a hybrid Tokyo-based position rather than a remote role open to workers in Egypt.

- Identify expansion opportunities with small existing customers
- Own the full upsell and cross-sell sales cycle
- Improve customer experience and troubleshoot product adoption
