Associate Sales Development (Cantonese & English Speaker)

Renewal sales role based in Ho Chi Minh City, focused on contract renewals, service sales, and upsell opportunities within an assigned territory. It requires at least two years of renewal-sales experience and fluency in English and Cantonese.

• Manage a dedicated territory to meet renewal and revenue quotas
• Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions including quotations and contract negotiation
• Present and follow up on quotations aligned with customer needs
• Negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue
• Build customer relationships through high-volume outbound phone and email engagement
• Identify and resolve customer concerns or roadblocks
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Minimum 2 years of renewal sales experience
• Success achieving renewal, retention, or revenue targets
• Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound customer engagement
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• English and Cantonese language fluency
