Customer Acquisition Specialist‑ Spanish Speakers

Outbound sales role for Spanish speakers at Concentrix in New Cairo, focused on selling and renewing client products and handling customer objections by phone and email. It is a full-time on-site position in Egypt and requires Spanish.

• Demonstrate product or service value to customers
• Sell and/or renew contracts
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Address customer concerns and product usage roadblocks
• Handle high volumes of outbound phone and email contacts
• Maintain CRM data
• Qualify and convert leads
• Report to a Sales Manager

• Ability to handle objections and competitive pressure
