About the role
Technical Account Manager role owning a US client relationship for an outsourcing company, combining account management and consultative selling with hands-on Claude AI automation. It pays 70,000–80,000 EGP per month and requires C1/C2 English plus a fixed 4 pm–midnight Monday–Friday shift, with office-based work in Cairo and remote work considered for exceptional candidates.
What you'll do
- Act as main point of contact for the US client
- Run regular calls with US business owners and managers
- Audit sales and operations workflows
- Build Claude automations for lead response, follow-up, and reporting
- Identify and pitch cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Present results and recommendations to the client
- Keep the client retained and growing
What you'll need
- C1 or C2 English
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success
- Track record of cross-selling or upselling
- Hands-on Claude automation or application experience
- Claude Code experience strongly preferred
- Technical background with workflows, integrations, and CRMs
- Able to explain technical solutions in simple business terms
- University graduate
