About the role

What you'll do
- Own the post-sale customer journey for company incorporations
- Guide clients through KYC and jurisdiction-specific documentation
- Communicate clearly by email and phone and resolve issues
- Coordinate with external vendors for timely service delivery
- Maintain and update onboarding and incorporation SOPs
- Identify friction points and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality checks and regulatory standards
What you'll need
- 2+ years in corporate services or company incorporation
- KYC and compliance knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Empathy and client orientation
- Critical thinking
- 2+ years remote work experience
- Based in a European timezone (UTC to UTC+3)
