About the role
A home-office medical information role handling drug information inquiries, adverse event intake and medical writing in English and Spanish, with Italian also listed as essential. It runs US hours, 2pm–2am CET Monday–Friday, and requires legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.
What you'll do
- Triage and respond to drug information inquiries
- Translate English documents to target language
- Identify adverse events and product complaints
- Perform adverse event intake and reporting
- Write adverse event and medical inquiry narratives
- Coordinate quality-related complaint responses
- Evaluate medical literature
- Provide on-call support as assigned
What you'll need
- Life sciences or healthcare degree
- Strong clinical background
- English C1
- Native/fluent Italian essential
- Native Spanish preferred
- Strong translation skills
- Legal eligibility to work in EU or UK
- Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
