Customer Service Specialist (Gold Coast)

Inbound customer service role in a Robina, Queensland call centre, handling customer enquiries, resolving issues and documenting interactions. It is a permanent full-time office-based position with paid training and set weekday hours, so applicants must be able to work in Australia.

• Handle inbound customer calls within service level targets
• Listen to understand customer needs and concerns
• Provide clear, accurate information and solutions
• Document customer interactions and complete follow-ups

• Customer service experience from retail, hospitality, utilities or similar
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers

• Must be over 18
