About the role
PadSplit is hiring a Host Account Manager to own a portfolio of hosts as their primary point of contact, from activation through long-term retention. The role combines relationship management, platform and policy guidance, performance reviews, and issue escalation for US-based candidates.
What you'll do
- Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of PadSplit hosts
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and structured reviews
- Drive host accountability on occupancy, bookability, rejection rates, and retention
- Guide hosts on pricing strategy, occupancy optimization, and listing quality
- Monitor host and property performance using data tools
- Lead intro calls for new hosts and set expectations
- Resolve complex host issues and coordinate cross-functional escalation
- Serve as the host’s internal advocate with product, operations, and leadership
