About the role
A remote part-time customer success role supporting a DTC supplement brand in Spanish and English across email, chat, and social media. It pays $5/hour plus performance bonuses and requires rotating shifts that can include nights and weekends.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English
- Support orders, shipping, returns, refunds, subscriptions, and complaints
- Retain subscribers and prevent cancellations
- Follow SOPs and brand guidelines
- Escalate complex cases and maintain records
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews
What you'll need
- Fluent Spanish C1/C2
- Professional English B2 or higher
- At least 1 year customer support experience
- Availability for rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Stable internet, backup connection, quiet workspace
- Calm, proactive problem-solver
- 2-minute Spanish video application
