Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Roles ‑ Spain (Flyer)

Customer service advisor handling inbound and outbound calls plus internet inquiries, resolving routine product or service problems and meeting client KPIs. The role is based in Benalmádena Costa, Spain, requires Dutch/Flemish, and offers full-time work with rotating shifts.

• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet inquiries
• Clarify customer requirements and resolve routine problems
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document accounts and call tracking information
• Offer additional products or services
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff

• Dutch/Flemish language ability
• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Based in Benalmádena Costa, Spain
