About the role
Technical support specialist for Brainlab imaging systems, providing remote and on-site troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for hospitals and clinical staff. The role is based in Germany, requires English and German, and involves up to 80% national travel.
What you'll do
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs at hospitals and clinical sites
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clinical users
- Conduct diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Support product launches with setup, testing, and user onboarding
- Document service activities in line with quality standards
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams
What you'll need
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
- First experience in technical support preferred, ideally healthcare
- Familiarity with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology is a plus
- Strong IT, networking, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 80%
- Confident with MS Office; Salesforce knowledge an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
