About the role
Roofr is hiring a contract, bilingual English/Spanish Onboarding Manager for LATAM to guide new roofing-business customers from account setup through training and handoff. The role combines high-volume 1:1 onboarding with group webinars and requires customer success or onboarding experience in an SMB, B2B, or SaaS setting.
What you'll do
- Own the full onboarding journey for new Roofr customers
- Manage multiple concurrent onboardings in a high-volume environment
- Guide customers through Roofr based on their business workflows
- Drive customers to a graduation milestone and handoff
- Work with the Account Setup Team as an onboarding consultant
- Deliver live training sessions and group webinars
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Retention, Product, and Customer Success
- Contribute to improving Roofr's onboarding playbook
What you'll need
- Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken
- 2+ years in customer onboarding, customer success, or enablement
- Experience in SMB, B2B, or SaaS environments
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to customer needs
- High ownership and ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
