About the role
Freelance customer success role for Slovenian-speaking customers of a climate software platform, delivered on a project basis with low, irregular hours. It involves running virtual trainings and supporting data collection, with native Slovenian required and English as the internal working language.
What you'll do
- Run virtual trainings with Slovenian-speaking customers
- Guide customers through onboarding, data collection, and reporting features
- Support customer projects during active data collection phases
- Answer questions and ensure data quality
- Act as a trusted point of contact for Slovenian-speaking users
- Flag churn risks, product feedback, and user engagement patterns
What you'll need
- Native-level Slovenian (written and spoken)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Operations
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Comfortable with virtual training delivery
- Self-organized and reliable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- German skills beneficial
