Patient Outreach Specialist (Outbound Sales)

A remote patient outreach and scheduling role for a US prosthetics and orthotics clinic group, handling inbound and outbound patient calls, emails, chats, and texts to get patients scheduled. It is a full-time Philippines-based position on US Central Time hours, paying $5–$6 per hour with heavy emphasis on HIPAA-compliant documentation and follow-up.

• Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries by phone, email, chat and text
• Gather demographic, insurance, referral, prescription and clinical information
• Explain scheduling requirements and next steps to patients
• Handle objections, concerns and difficult or hesitant patients
• Schedule prosthetic and orthotic appointments at the appropriate clinic
• Coordinate with physician offices, intake, billing and clinic teams
• Document all interactions, outreach attempts and follow-up actions
• Escalate barriers, incomplete documentation or unreachable patients

• Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, customer service, call center or sales
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple patient cases and deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and confidentiality
• Resilience when handling rejection or unsuccessful outreach
