About the role
Seller Support Associate for Amazon's Multi-Channel Commerce Fulfillment, supporting sellers who use MCF, Buy with Prime and ASCS. The role involves troubleshooting, onboarding, catalog and inventory questions, and case handling while meeting SLAs on a flexible schedule.
What you'll do
- Support sellers using MCF, Buy with Prime and ASCS
- Provide Buy with Prime integration guidance and troubleshooting
- Support MCF onboarding, catalog uploads, listings, inventory and purchase orders
- Handle high-quality cases for top-tier MCF and ASCS merchants
- Adapt to new processes and tools while meeting SLAs
- Follow MCF and Buy with Prime support paths
- Work with program managers on new initiatives
- Maintain performance metrics amid process changes
What you'll need
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
- Completed full-time graduate degree
- Preferred: ownership and bias for action
- Preferred: AI knowledge
- Preferred: SPS knowledge
- Preferred: FBA, Catalog/Feeds and Merchant operations expertise
