About the role
SGS is hiring a CBAM Support Agent in Venice, Italy to coordinate the end-to-end process for carbon border adjustment audits, from commercial proposal to certificate issuance. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract paying €25,000–€30,000 gross per year and acts as the link between clients, auditors and technical specialists.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end Proposal to Cert process for audits and CBAM services
- Act as point of contact between clients, auditors and technical specialists
- Monitor documentation, activity progress and certification requirements
- Support scheduling of audits and verifications
What you'll need
- Previous experience in customer support or certification roles
- Strong organizational and priority-management skills
- Teamwork attitude and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
