About the role
Remote customer support role for an FX/CFD broker, handling phone, email and live chat queries from clients in the APAC region. It requires English, rotating APAC shifts and occasional weekend/public-holiday cover.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming customer queries by telephone, email and live chat
- Identify problems and assist customers
- Educate clients on the company website and trading platforms
- Communicate with clients about products and services
- Assist other departments
What you'll need
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication across live chat, email and phone
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Forex, CFD or financial services support experience is an advantage
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Work rotation shifts Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM and 7:00 AM-4:00 PM UTC+8
- Work public holidays and one Saturday and Sunday a month
