About the role
Remote intake specialist role handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to qualify personal injury leads and complete client intake. It requires bilingual English-Arabic speakers with remote sales or intake experience and availability for weekend and evening US-time shifts.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls, clients, and leads
- Review emails and chats for new leads and file setups
- Follow up on and clean up assigned leads
- Complete new-client intake and transfer to Pre-Litigation
- Organize contracts, photos, and documents in Dropbox
- Set up Filevine projects for new clients
- Send submission emails to Pre-Litigation
- Close contracts
What you'll need
- Fully bilingual English-Arabic
- 3 years of remote sales or intake experience
- Sales background
- Personal injury experience is a plus
- Own PC or laptop with wired connection recommended
- Noise-canceling headset and quiet workspace
- Responsible for local taxes
- Available for weekend and evening US-time shifts
