About the role
Outbound B2B sales role selling oral care products to U.S. dental professionals for Teleperformance, with calls, upsell targets, and territory coverage. It pays $25 CAD/hour plus a 5–30% performance bonus and requires English fluency, with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule in Toronto and on-site work for the first 90 days.
What you'll do
- Place outbound calls to assigned customers
- Pitch and influence dental professionals using clinical data and upsell strategy
- Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets
- Manage daily activities independently based on customer needs
- Deliver sales growth for toothbrush bundles with assigned dental offices
- Cover open U.S. territories and handle inbound calls during vacancies
- Generate quality teach-and-learn leads
- Support special projects to recommend COB products
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s, college degree, or equivalent preferred
- 1-year minimum consultative selling experience
- Dental/healthcare experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English fluency
- Proven track record of target overachievement
- Dependable and reliable with strong work ethic
