About the role
Junior customer service role at SGS supporting pharmaceutical testing clients with quotes, proposals, and lab coordination. It is based in Muntinlupa, Philippines, with 3 months onsite then hybrid, so it is not a remote position for Egypt-based applicants.
What you'll do
- Scope testing work and prepare quotes for USP, EP, and JP compendial testing
- Liaise between clients and Microbiology/Chemistry departments
- Prepare and present technical proposals with costs and timelines
- Manage client information, RFPs, and quotations in CRM tools
- Update clients on testing delays and turnaround times
- Notify operations of incoming samples after signed quotes or contracts
- Coordinate technical support to maintain customer satisfaction
- Comply with GMP, GLP, ISO, and SGS quality procedures
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position
- Minimum 2 years experience in Pharma laboratory testing and cGMP
- English C1 level required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Salesforce, PandaDoc, or quoting tools is desirable
- Ability to read technical documents, protocols, and RFPs
- 3 months onsite, then hybrid setup
