Ukrainian Customer Service Representative

Inbound customer service role handling calls, resolving customer issues, documenting cases, and following up with customers. It is based on-site in Cairo and requires Ukrainian and English, with no prior experience required.

• Handle inbound calls
• Provide expert advice and accurate information
• Resolve calls and escalate only when needed
• Document all cases clearly
• Meet schedule adherence goals
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Use multiple applications during calls

• University graduate or equivalent
• College dropouts with high school diploma or at least one year of university
• No particular experience required
• Previous customer experience is a plus
• Excellent English command
• Typing speed of minimum 20 WPM and 80% accuracy
