What you'll do
- Act as first point of contact for customer IT and business application questions
- Progress support issues through to conclusion with colleagues and R&D
- Investigate, process and document application defects
- Highlight escalation risks and coordinate additional resources
- Handle customer escalations and keep customers updated
- Document and present process improvements to the Customer Services Team Leader
- Identify service improvement or chargeable activity opportunities
- Train and mentor less experienced team members
What you'll need
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Fluent in Swedish, verbal and written
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-facing service skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and workplace processes
