What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Explain complex technical and investigative concepts
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Conduct training sessions in English and Mandarin
- Monitor customer engagement and churn risk
- Channel customer feedback to product and engineering
- Identify expansion opportunities with Account Directors
- Establish consistent engagement cadence with stakeholders
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics
- Compliance or investigative background preferred
- Strong problem structuring and prioritization
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally
