About the role
This is an on-site customer service role at Berlitz Egypt, handling inquiries, enrollment sales, customer relations, lesson scheduling, payments, and CRM tasks. It is full-time and shift-based with Fridays off, and fresh graduates are welcome if they have a bachelor's degree and good English.
What you'll do
- Handle initial inquiries
- Conduct sales activities through enrollment
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Schedule lessons for customers
- Meet clients and solve problems
- Update daily interview schedule
- Follow up on unconverted inquiries and inactive customers
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and handle accounting activities
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Fresh graduates welcome
- 1-2 years experience in the field
- Good written and spoken English
