About the role
This is a German-speaking customer representative role for Concentrix's fashion client, handling incoming calls, emails, chats and boutique requests. It is remote from Spain, full-time 39 hours/week, with paid training and a temporary contract.
What you'll do
- Take incoming customer calls via phone, email, chat or alerts
- Resolve customer demands
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops
- Log call details in call management systems
- Meet SLA response and resolution targets
- Maintain service and product knowledge
What you'll need
- Proficient or bilingual German
- Advanced English
- Customer service disposition
- Customer care and listening skills
- Own calls through resolution or escalation
- IT platform knowledge is a plus
