About the role
Full-time remote customer support role handling chat, phone and email inquiries for Wolt customers, couriers and merchants across multiple markets. It requires fluent Serbian and English, 24/7 shift availability, and work performed from Serbia; starting gross salary is 105,000 RSD with weekend, holiday and night premiums.
What you'll do
- Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email
- Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases
- Support multiple Wolt markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience using Wolt’s tone of voice
- Follow internal processes, policies, playbooks, and escalation paths
- Use multiple support and operational tools at the same time
- Stay up to date with new processes, market changes, and training materials
What you'll need
- Fluent in Serbian and English (C1)
- At least a high school diploma
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong and reliable internet connection
- Suitable remote working environment without distractions
- All work must be performed from Serbia only
- Comfortable with new apps and systems
