About the role
An inside sales / cold-calling role re-engaging previously approved loan leads, guiding borrowers to resubmit documents and restart their applications. It is phone-heavy outbound telesales work requiring 3+ years of inside sales experience, Kixie (or similar dialer), Salesforce and DocuSign, on US Eastern hours.
What you'll do
- Call past approved leads to restart loan applications
- Explain missing or expired document requirements and next steps
- Follow up by phone, SMS and email to drive document resubmission
- Overcome objections on timing, rate changes and documentation
- Rebuild urgency with updated options, timelines and approval benefits
- Maintain daily call volume and activity targets
- Track and report outreach and close metrics
- Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing tasks
What you'll need
- 3+ years in a phone-heavy inside sales role
- Experience with Kixie or similar phone dialer tools
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota
- 1+ years using DocuSign and Salesforce
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work full-time EST
- Lending sales experience preferred
- Financial services sales experience a plus
