About the role
Customer service agent in Vilnius helping Lithuanian- and English-speaking customers by email, chat and phone, managing accounts and translating promotional content. The role is hybrid with three days in the office per week and includes training plus a bonus scheme.

- Help Lithuanian and English speaking customers via email, chat and telephone
