Fashion Support Consultant (Finnish‑speaking) ‑ Onsite ‑ MH01

This is an onsite Finnish-speaking fashion customer support role in Benalmádena, Spain, handling customer calls, emails, chats and other alerts. It is full-time at 39 hours per week on a rotating Monday–Sunday schedule between 08:00 and 19:00, with paid training and a base salary plus bonus.

• Take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats or automated alerts
• Log call details into call management systems and resolve within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge for customer applications
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
• Follow project processes and comply with administrative duties

• Proficient or bilingual in Finnish
• Advanced level of English or Spanish
• Customer care skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to own and progress calls to resolution or escalate
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability
• Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office/internet configuration is a plus
