About the role
Evolve Peptides, a US e-commerce company selling research peptides, is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to handle order processing, inventory records, customer chats and Zapier automations. It is a full-time independent-contractor role at $12 USD/hour on US Eastern business hours, open only to candidates in South Africa, Latin America or Eastern Europe.
What you'll do
- Coordinate order processing, shipping and fulfillment
- Manage client chats and respond to inquiries
- Maintain order trackers, inventory records and CRM data
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Create product labels and manage product information
- Monitor and troubleshoot Zapier automated workflows
- Update order forms, product mappings and WooCommerce listings
- Investigate shipping issues, returns and fulfillment discrepancies
What you'll need
- Previous experience in operations support, e-commerce, fulfillment or customer support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
- Experience with Zapier, WooCommerce or Canva preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written English
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
