About the role
Faire is hiring a Senior Brand Success Manager to manage and coach a book of about 200–250 brands on its wholesale platform. The role is bilingual Korean/English, quota-based, and focuses on driving brand sales, adoption, retention, and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Manage a book of ~200-250 brands
- Engage brands via email, phone, video, and in person
- Coach brands on strategies and platform use
- Drive adoption of Faire Direct and brand-funded programs
- Identify growth opportunities and coach execution
- Communicate product releases and updates
- Synthesize customer feedback for product teams
- Use data and reports to drive action
What you'll need
- Fluent in Korean
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience with Salesforce, data visualization, and call recording tools
- Customer-obsessed
- Quota-driven and goal-oriented
