About the role
A remote voice customer service role at DATAMARK, routing calls between interpreters and customers, looking up caller language needs and entering customer details. It is open only to candidates living in Mumbai, and requires strong English and keyboarding skills.
What you'll do
- Determine the language needs of the caller
- Enter appropriate customer information as needed
- Access appropriate databases
- Quickly transfer calls to the appropriate staff member
- Provide additional assistance when needed
What you'll need
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal while responding to customer needs
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Professionalism, accuracy and speed
- Excellent command of English; no other language skills required
