What you'll do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage German-speaking and English-speaking prospects
- Book qualified sales meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Research key decision-makers within target B2B accounts
- Qualify leads by business needs, budget, authority, and buying intent
- Deliver SaaS/technology pitches and handle objections
- Maintain follow-ups and an organized sales pipeline
- Track prospect activity in CRM and meet outbound KPIs
What you'll need
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Proven experience selling SaaS or technology products
- Strong B2B appointment-setting experience
- Previous SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or Outbound Sales role
- Track record of booking qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and objection-handling skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
