About the role
Supervises a German-speaking call center team handling inbound and outbound telemarketing activities in an on-site role in New Cairo. Requires C1 German and prior call-center leadership experience, with performance-based bonus potential.
What you'll do
- Lead, motivate, and organize Teleagents and Calculation staff
- Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations
- Plan shifts, distribute tasks, and optimize workflows
- Monitor target achievement and service quality using KPIs
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
- Collaborate with senior management and sales
- Prepare performance reports and implement improvements
What you'll need
- Excellent German language skills at C1 level
- Several years of call center experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Confident with CRM systems, dialer software, and MS Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Structured, solution-oriented leadership style
- High responsibility and ability to prioritize
