About the role
A customer-facing onboarding and support role focused on configuring Cloudbeds accounting features and connecting them to third-party accounting or ERP systems. It requires 5+ years of hotel accounting experience, Carmen Accounting familiarity, and fluency in Thai and English, and is limited to applicants authorized to work in Thailand.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through accounting onboarding
- Map chart of accounts and configure taxes
- Set up revenue recognition and reconciliation workflows
- Connect Cloudbeds to accounting software and ERPs
- Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and sync issues
- Create onboarding documentation and best-practice guides
- Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering
- Support customers on accounting and financial features
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on hotel accounting experience
- Accounting fundamentals knowledge
- Experience with PMS-to-accounting integrations
- Familiarity with Carmen Accounting
- Comfort with SaaS platforms and new software
- Strong customer-facing communication
- Analytical troubleshooting mindset
- Fluent in Thai and English
