About the role
Customer service role for a global luxury retail brand, handling customer contacts across channels with product recommendations and CRM record-keeping. Hybrid in Montreal at $18/hour; open only to residents of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service across all channels
- Recommend products and fragrances based on customer needs
- Anticipate customer needs and offer solutions
- Keep accurate records in CRM and service tools
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey
- Collaborate in a high-performing team
- Work independently when needed
What you'll need
- Reside in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
- Travel to Montreal office for occasional shifts and training
- At least 1 year customer service, luxury retail, sales or personalized support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital service tools
- Strong command of English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort helping customers by phone
- Computer experience
