About the role
Full-time SDR role for a customer communication and conversational AI platform, targeting businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It requires fluent English and Arabic, cold calling and CRM outreach, and pays a $500 monthly base plus commission.
What you'll do
- Research UAE and Saudi businesses using messaging channels
- Identify decision-makers across sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and ownership
- Generate opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email in English and Arabic
- Qualify prospects by channels, inquiry volume, team structure, tools, and buying timeline
- Book 20 qualified meetings per month
- Follow up to support meeting attendance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and discovery notes
What you'll need
- Proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic
- Experience prospecting into the UAE or Saudi market
- Understanding of CRM/SaaS, messaging sales, and customer service workflows
- Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
- Experience managing an outbound pipeline in CRM
- Availability aligned with UAE and Saudi business hours
