About the role
B2B sales advisor role for Italian-speaking customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to sell products and services, process orders, and provide basic customer support. The position is based on relocation from Egypt to Greece and focuses on meeting sales targets and KPIs.
What you'll do
- Achieve sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on calls
- Use scripts and probing techniques to determine customer needs
- Offer appropriate products or services
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
- Greet customers professionally
- Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy
- Clarify requirements and provide resolution
- Prepare accurate work and notate accounts
