About the role
Field service support specialist for Brainlab radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, based from a home office in Warsaw with about 80% travel. The role covers installation, maintenance, repairs, calibrations and technical customer support for clinical teams in Poland, Spain, Portugal and other European countries.
What you'll do
- Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems
- Provide after-sales service, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs
- Act as the technical Brainlab contact for customers
- Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance
- Familiarize customers with Brainlab products
- Ensure full service satisfaction for clients
What you'll need
- Degree/certification in medical physics, medical dosimetry, radiation therapy technology or equivalent
- Strong informatics knowledge and IT infrastructure troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage
- Service/maintenance experience in robotics and/or electro mechanics
- English and Polish proficiency, written and spoken
- Strong social, teamwork and self-management skills
- Willingness to travel around 80% of the time
