About the role
Telesales role contacting parents by phone and WhatsApp to sell Digital School by Berlitz programs and convert leads into paid enrollments. It is based on-site in New Cairo and requires spoken Arabic, good English, and at least one year of sales experience.
What you'll do
- Contact new leads by phone and WhatsApp
- Understand student age, experience, interests, and goals
- Explain programs, learning paths, schedules, formats, and fees
- Recommend suitable programs
- Handle parent questions and objections
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments
- Follow up on pending payments and incomplete registrations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
What you'll need
- At least 1 year telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience
- Strong spoken Arabic and good English
- Confident and persuasive phone manner
- Listening, questioning, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and office applications
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends
- Target-driven and disciplined
- Education, EdTech, training, or subscription sales experience is an advantage
