About the role
An inbound sales role handling customer calls to sell basic products and services, process orders, and answer billing questions. It is based in Guatemala City and requires a high school diploma plus at least six months of sales or reservations experience.

- Handle inbound calls to sell products and services
- Process customer orders and sales inquiries
- Achieve sales targets and maximize opportunities
- Provide product, pricing, and promotion information
- Answer billing questions
- Notate customer accounts accurately
- Resolve customer needs on first contact
What you'll need
