About the role
Reliance Health seeks a French-speaking Reliance Care Officer to answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and guide prospects toward health plans in francophone markets. The remote-first role is shift-based with weekend coverage and requires French and English plus completed NYSC or a valid exemption.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in French
- Provide information to prospective clients on health plans
- Escalate unresolved issues and follow through to resolution
- Record and update customer feedback and complaints
- Engage French-speaking inbound prospects to support customer acquisition
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree or HND
- Completed NYSC or valid exemption
- French verbal and written proficiency
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends
- English communication skills
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Medical background an advantage
