A contract Customer Service Advisor role based in Galway, Ireland, handling incoming calls for the SPSV industry, including inspection bookings, booking changes and secure payments. It requires at least one year of customer service experience and a valid work permit or visa for Ireland.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Provide accurate information, support or guidance
- Follow approved scripts, SOPs and data protection guidelines
- Schedule SPSV vehicle inspections
- Manage booking amendments
- Process payments securely through the CRM system
- Update customer records and input data
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
What you'll need
- Leaving certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificate
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and general PC proficiency
- Problem-solving abilities
- Valid work permit or visa authorizing work in Ireland
- Previous contact centre experience is an advantage
- Irish speaker is an advantage
