About the role
Overnight customer support role for Robinhood’s active traders, focused on options and margin issues and escalated customer cases. Requires active Series 7 and 63 plus Series 3 within 120 days; based in US offices with 9-week in-person onboarding before remote overnight shifts.
What you'll do
- Improve customer experience metrics such as ASAT and QA
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues
- Develop subject matter expertise in options and margin trading
- Use customer insights and data analytics to identify trends
- Contribute to knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding
- Handle escalated customer issues with compliance in mind
- Participate in continuous learning and process improvements
- Support Event Contracts after obtaining Series 3 licensure
What you'll need
- 1+ years of customer experience within financial services
- Willingness to learn options and margins
- Active Series 7 and 63
- Series 3 required within first 120 days
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering
- Experience handling and de-escalating escalated customers
- Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Enthusiasm for financial markets, trading platforms, and fintech
