Outbound Sales Development Representative

Outbound sales development role focused on cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach to book discovery calls for Account Executives. It is fully remote and requires one year of outbound sales experience, with a $10,200 annual base plus quota bonus and uncapped commission.

• Execute personalized outbound sequences via cold call, email, and LinkedIn
• Cold call business owners and decision-makers
• Qualify prospects against ICP and book discovery calls for Account Executives
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for dials, connects, emails, meetings, and pipeline
• Use CRM, sequencing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Collaborate with marketing and AEs on messaging and campaigns
• Share objections, competitor mentions, and market trends
• Participate in coaching and call reviews

• At least one year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound quota
• Strong cold calling and cold email skills
• High-speed internet, PC or laptop, and noise-cancelling headphones
• Comfortable working fully remote and asynchronously across time zones
• High level of organization and self-management
• Fluent English
