About the role
Outbound sales and customer service role for a water filtration products supplier, handling calls, emails, orders and CRM records. It is a permanent work-from-home position on Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours, but it is open to candidates based in the Philippines only.
What you'll do
- Make proactive outbound sales calls and hit individual and team sales targets
- Advise customers on the water filtration product range
- Handle customer service by phone, email and online channels
- Process orders, subscriptions, returns, credits and quote requests
- Monitor order progress, backorders and delivery schedules
- Resolve complaints and escalations with first pass resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM
- Prepare sales and customer service reports
What you'll need
- Proven experience in customer service and proactive outbound sales
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
