About the role
This is an on-site outbound telemarketing role in New Cairo, calling potential customers in Germany and recording interactions in a CRM. It requires C1 German and at least two years of telemarketing or customer acquisition experience.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in Germany
- Introduce the company and explain services
- Identify customer needs and opportunities
- Provide accurate information and documentation
- Record interactions in the CRM system
- Manage customer relationships and accounts
- Collect and categorize customer data
- Update and maintain CRM records
What you'll need
- Excellent German proficiency C1
- Strong communication and customer service skills
