Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch‑Speaking) ‑ Hybrid HS03

Customer service and sales role in Barcelona handling inbound calls, emails, chats and tasks plus outbound follow-ups for post-sales requests. Requires Dutch and fluent English, with paid training, a permanent 39-hour contract and a base salary of €20,000 gross/year plus bonus.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chat and tasks for post-sales requests
• Reply quickly and effectively to inbound queries
• Make outbound calls to solve customer issues
• Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling
• Maintain knowledge of the store portfolio and post-sales processes
• Manage cancellations, claims, order/delivery follow-up, refunds and escalations
• Use CRM and order status tools

• Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Customer-driven and motivated to work in sales
• Achievement and target oriented
• IT knowledge and technical understanding
• Strong customer-facing and customer care skills
