About the role
On-site client service role for SGS in Fairfield, NJ, processing orders, coordinating invoicing and communicating with clients and sales teams. It is a full-time second-shift position, Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm, paying $24.00-$28.00 per hour.
What you'll do
- Receive orders from clients, sales and account management teams
- Ensure proper documentation and order processing
- Open orders in systems
- Notify sales and account management of service delivery delays
- Communicate client order concerns to clients and internal teams
- Escalate non-routine order or service delay issues
- Coordinate invoicing with invoicing team
- Send reports to clients
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in science preferred
- Two or more years of administrative or operational experience
- Familiarity with data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, dependable and detail oriented
