About the role
Remote gaming support role for German and English speakers, handling account, technical, purchase and gameplay queries for a game studio. Open only to candidates in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or Turkey, with training and 100% remote work.
What you'll do
- Handle player account and technical issues
- Resolve purchase and gameplay queries
- Support an assigned game studio
- Stay updated on client projects and releases
- Work with a team under a Team Lead and Operations Manager
- Complete assisted training modules
What you'll need
- Located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or Turkey
- German C1 minimum
- English B2 minimum
- In-depth gaming knowledge
- Own gaming console or PC
- Dedicated quiet workspace
- Internet 15 Mb/s download and upload
- 8 GB RAM; Windows 11 or macOS 13+
